TBGHealth - Brain Injury Rehabilitation

TBGHealth is an interdisciplinary acquired brain injury residential rehabilitation program committed to helping our residents regain their lives and get back to their families. Our home-like residences are located in attractive neighborhoods throughout central and southeastern Pennsylvania and offer up our model of family-like environments fully integrated into the local community. With particular emphasis on the dignity and respect of the resident, our clinical teams promote positive and meaningful associations that we believe start in the home and extend therefrom into the community and life beyond.
