TBGHealth is an interdisciplinary acquired brain injury residential rehabilitation program committed to helping our residents regain their lives and get back to their families. Our home-like residences are located in attractive neighborhoods throughout central and southeastern Pennsylvania and offer up our model of family-like environments fully integrated into the local community. With particular emphasis on the dignity and respect of the resident, our clinical teams promote positive and meaningful associations that we believe start in the home and extend therefrom into the community and life beyond.
Our team is well suited to the task of offering hope and healing to those with even the most complex issues associated with a brain injury. Realizing there is no “one size fits all” approach, TBGHealth endeavors to treat each person according to his or her unique needs per a thorough assessment process and subsequent rehabilitation plan that pinpoints and address all need areas necessary to put the individual on a track to healing, wellness, and eventually, independent living.
Our individualized services, provided on site, consist of but are not limited to:
- Residential habilitation
- Structured day habilitation
- Individual cognitive rehabilitation therapy
- One-to-one enhanced staffing
- Community integration
- Daily living support
- Socialization and recreation opportunities
- Transportation (to all program activities and medical/therapeutic appointments)
Additionally, assistance will be provided to each individual with accessing specialized services in the community, such as:
- All medical specialties
- Occupation, physical, and speech therapy
- Vocational rehabilitation
- Addictions counseling and supports
- Religious services
